嚟到The One慶祝揀咗一間有海景嘅鐵板燒餐廳海賀，席前欣賞師傅喺鐵板上操弄食物固然不錯，但坐喺窗邊望住海景食亦有另一番風味☺️入門口已經見到最抵嘅$680/人嘅季節鐵板燒套餐已經有琵琶蝦、鮑魚、牛柳等菜式都幾吸引，但最後亦決定叫咗$2480海賀二人套餐再豐富啲🫶🏻首先前菜有無花果蟹肉沙律以及三文魚籽伴海雲醋，用清新淡雅嘅開胃菜打開味蕾海鮮類別磯煮鮑魚同大蝦用新鮮鮑魚炮製嘅磯煮鮑魚口感非常淋滑，以清甜蘿蔔配上濃烈嘅鮑魚肝醬互相衝擊好好食🥹香煎大蝦則用咗羅勒以及青辣椒仔再增添香味，大蝦新鮮爽彈，一定要食埋蝦頭入面嘅蝦膏，好香🤤再嚟嘅係極邪惡嘅鵝肝，充滿油脂香氣所以會配搭上黑醋以及水果同多士一齊食以免太膩😳主菜方面呢個二人套餐用上A4級嘅宮崎和牛，5成熟，外焦內軟，據說只有用鐵板先可點將和牛煎得最完美，肉嘅肉汁同油脂入口即溶，可搭配蒜片黎食增添香氣🤤最後仲會有每人一碗黒松露和牛/櫻花蝦炒飯以及漬物飲品甜品等，全個餐好豐盛🥰
