一直bookmark了這間餐廳很久了,集合了美食和美景的餐廳一直很想等待有東西慶祝時才來的,但遲遲都還未有🙈最近的壓力太大了,決定要好好的慰勞自己一番!•一入到餐廳,餐廳問我們想坐bar店還是近景的但覺得鐵板燒是精粹就是看廚師們叮噹的煮野食聲,也是一種享受,做決定坐bar台了。•點了秋冬會席的menuz,一共有9味菜!!$880 先來前菜: 海鰻昆布&鮟鱇魚肝新鮮 滿足了我餓的肚子😂秋冬精選刺身喜歡油甘魚的鮮 不會太肥 也沒有筋! •松葉蟹大根煮物絕對可以來三碟我也可以全清的!來了點暖胃的食物,中根十分鮮甜且淋,吸收了蟹的味道,連湯也十分鮮甜! •甘鯛立鱗燒芒果蛋黃醬甘鯛烤得香脆又不油膩!芒果蛋黃醬是挺新鮮的combination,有創意!•鐵板燒帆立貝松茸清湯廚師功妙地知道是時候來了點熱的東西,燒帆立煮完也保持大大粒,加了貝松茸清湯,有點補身的感覺 哈哈 令人想追加! •鐵板燒大蝦蜜糖山葵醬又來到海鮮!燒海鮮!用鐵板燒的是令人更有風味更香口的!蜜糖山葵醬配著著香口餅乾是神來之筆,喜歡蝦頭的香及有點膏!蝦身也是爽口的!•鐵板燒美國牛肉眼薄燒是晚的重點!沒有加錢叫了厚身,因為薄身也夠香氣

一直很想等待有東西慶祝時才來的,

是晚的重點!沒有加錢叫了厚身,
因為薄身也夠香氣逼人了!
牛味十分香濃,牛的部位也選的很口,
師傅更貼身的問了我們想要幾成熟!
加上炸蒜,絕對是是晚的VIP!滿足!

風乾火腿蝦炒飯
其實也是飽了,但師傅的炒飯像是一場演出。
看見他用了新鮮的蛋去打蛋,每粒飯都粒粒分明被蛋黃包著,不小心爬了一碗飯卻又不油膩頂肚。風乾火腿不是太覺眼,完美融合了!
