今年生日飯同老公揀咗一輪,最終決定有靚景嘅餐廳而且呢度仲有我哋一直想試嘅威靈頓牛,所以好快決定同book咗位老公神神祕祕訂咗花送去餐廳,餐廳都細心幫佢收好,我哋去攞位時都無即時穿煲,算醒目,唔會好似啲餐廳未食完飯就問係咪要切蛋糕咁(笑)😆龍蝦湯放上枱已經飄香,飲落都夠濃味,一碗夠兩個人分,事前講定佢會直接分埋送上枱蟹餅個擺盤好精緻,食落都鬆軟啖啖蟹肉,係略嫌醬汁味會大過蟹味至於威靈頓牛呢就略略失望,好似好多食過嘅人咁講,呢道菜好難整得好,呢度嘅牛味道熟度尚好,但切完真係會酥皮同牛分離,令人比較唔明點解要一齊食,不過愛牛油皮嘅話個酥皮算唔錯嘅。本身我哋諗住叫medium rare, 但侍應提我哋可以叫rare,我哋食落都十分認同並好彩聽佢講要rare,否則應該會太熟而煎爐魚就因為個仔要食魚,魚皮煎得夠脆,肉咬落尚嫩口,唯一係個汁唔係咁啱feel芝士通粉本身都係諗住俾個仔食,不過佢唔鍾意食,我覺得個粉一般,唔係必要澱粉質可以唔叫最後叫咗熱朱古力蛋糕,其實即係心太軟,整體都夠暖好食、係覺得佢邊位好似放咗芝士粉再焗咁,有點點鹹鮮味,呢方面少少怪。

蟹餅個擺盤好精緻,食落都鬆軟啖啖蟹肉,係略嫌醬汁味會大過蟹味
