今日下午茶突然想食南國小喫嘅冷糕同車輪餅,買左食開嘅經典紅豆、吉士、紫薯味之外,試埋高山烏龍茶吉士口味,帶少少烏龍茶香所以比正常吉士味冇咁甜膩,個人覺得更加好味,但食完吉士同紅豆味再食紫薯就覺得紫薯有D淡。冷糕本身就係類似格仔餅嘅懷舊小食,所以揀返粒粒花生醬口味就非常搭配,醬多料足,仲係大大粒花生碎加原粒花生,口感非常多層次。*因為最近疫情嚴重,買咗拎返屋企食會安全D;車輪餅凍咗可以用焗爐熱一熱,令外皮變返脆再食。
