To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在荃灣海壩街有1連幾間的食店,前2間意壽司和韓正屋已經試過,今次就到這間初見。一入店內,第一發現的事情是這裡的樓底很高,高到可以起多一層似的。有助於樓底高,那壓迫感都不大,很舒適。因為我想吃石燒,所以就沒有點套餐。各自點了自已想吃的,另加一客三文魚剌身。三文魚剌身($48/4片)三文魚厚切,新鮮,魚肉緊密,色澤透亮,油份足夠,是近期吃過質素最高的三文魚剌身。安格斯牛肉鍋($96)肉的份量很多,不過肉的質素就一般。鍋裡有很多配菜,再加一個拉麵。對食量少的女士,這份量應該太多。初見香草吉列牛($146)這個價值$146的石燒牛實在有貴,但第一見這個顏色奇特的吉列牛已很想試。吉列牛被已炸好的綠色香草吉列衣包裹著,內裡仍然呈鮮嫩紅色的牛肉,吃的時候就放到石燒上邊燒至適當熟的程度。這裡有燒肉汁和鹽用來調味,還有一少粒牛脂肪給你放在石燒上增加油份。先說味道,沒有想像中好味,綠色的香草吉列和一般的吉列味道差不多,燒完的牛亦沒有太多驚豔,這味道使我回想起兒時第一次在大快活第一次吃吉列豬扒的味道,可能是吉列的味道太突出,蓋過了牛肉的味道。之後一口味獨特的小絲還將1片三文魚放到石燒上試試,口感腍腍的,有點
