上週五跟朋友們下班後Happy Friday聚餐,被帶到這家性價比高的潮州菜館,有多款潮州菜式選擇,份量充足,出菜速度亦非常迅速。以下是我覺得比較好吃的菜式:皇朝特色醉鵝肝(半份)鵝肝口感香滑,充滿酒香,擺盤造型可愛。蠔餅 質感非常酥脆,蠔隻肥美且量多,配搭開胃的魚露,十分推薦大家點選。滷水拼盤(三拼:墨魚、豬腩肉、大腸)滷水味道調配得恰好,份量充足。竹炭豆腐 外層香脆,內裡嫩滑,椒鹽惹味。其他點選了的菜式:特色鹽香沙薑雞(半隻)椒鹽九肚魚海鮮什菜煲 砂窩鵝肉醬油炒飯 脆炸牛奶卷(6條)
