一年一度生日飯,緊係要千挑萬選搵間靚餐廳❤️ 今次就試下意日(Fusion)菜!灣仔船街小餐館,先未評論食物質素,餐廳環境與氣氛已加分不少,如果遲下天氣涼返D,揀坐戶外簡直是浪漫到不行‼️一入店面已好欣賞店內的別致裝修,加上意日Fusion菜作主打,好啱Feel~先來一個店內主打Fettucine Uni Carbonara,招牌菜當然唔會令人失望,唔同一般的卡邦尼意粉,唔會食到好滯,特別配合了海膽汁,加新鮮海膽上碟,冇諗過海膽可以配搭卡邦尼,好特別,而意粉夠哂爽口彈牙掛汁,令人想一食再食👍🏻另外店員推介的 Sukiyaki Sirloin Roll又係必食,用上牛蒡,芝士,菠菜配合A4和牛,以壽喜燒汁分開燒再roll up,食落去層次好豐富,和牛入口即熔,壽喜燒汁鎖住響肉入面好入味,超讚‼️ 呢度每款和牛都有唔同的煮法,好多選擇~每度菜上枱時店員都會作詳細介紹,品嚐美食同時仲可以了解更多,下次坐Bar枱,仲可以有廚師在面前即場烹調美食,又係另一個享受,另外仲可以預訂房間,好貼心的服務~推介值得一試👍🏻
