公司年尾做冬去咗灣仔一間相當有格調嘅潮州菜館食晚餐,由地下搭專𨋢已經有特別的擺設。到一樓入口處明亮、寬敞而且配搭粉綠色的裝潢,令人覺得非常舒服,感受到高貴而不俗套。坐低左無耐就上咗茶、花生同鹹酸菜,好欣賞個潮州鹹酸菜,甜甜地唔會鹹好爽口,真係食唔停口。今晚叫左-尊貴鮑魚四人餐:前菜:蔥油海蜇、潮宮五香卷、梅羔骨,一小碟十分精緻,五香卷外層是炸腐皮內裡以素菜為主,香芋頭味。而梅羔骨甜甜地,雖然半肥半肉,但唔覺膩。滷水鵝肉拼盤 - 有鵝肉、蛋、豆腐、豬耳、豬大腸。鵝肉味香、柔軟,豬耳有膠原口感又有咬口,正👍🏻藥膳燉竹絲雞湯 - 濃郁的當歸、紅棗藥材味,飲完暖笠笠。豆醬香煎鱈魚片 - 有家鄉味,魚片好滑。鮑汁扣原隻15頭鮑 - 鮑魚軟心咬落去又帶有少少粘牙,中間重有鮑魚的鮮味。雲腿扒大芥菜 - 芡汁偏甜,中和芥菜的苦。乾煎伊麵 - 就係糖醋兩面黃,外面香口、內層就軟身,配糖醋食,酸酸甜甜😋桂圓紅棗燉雪耳 - 夠滋潤,甜度又啱啱好,鍾意有d咬口的粒粒,贊😍
