呢間餐廳主打係食牛扒,有好多唔同部位給顧客選擇。每個部位嘅收費都唔同。而且同其他餐廳唔一樣嘅地方,就係冇一個固定嘅價錢,食幾多就俾幾多錢。喺收銀嘅地方可以選擇號要邊個部位嘅牛扒,然後同店員講大約要幾多克,店員就會醃大概嘅份量俾你再放上磅,再計返價錢收費。今次揀咗後腰三角肉嘅部位,脂肪比較少。要咗三成熟,因為店員話鐵板會發熱,所以之後塊扒會變五成熟。為翻起其實價錢唔算太貴,相比去西餐廳食嘅價錢比較平。最近疫情嘅關係,餐廳仲推出埋外賣嘅牛扒同埋鐵板,你估下自己係屋企煎牛扒食。
