Restaurant: Kam Kee Cafe (Two Harbour Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金記冰室 ( 觀塘Two Harbour Square)#餐廳裝修新穎,充滿時代感,非常光猛,座位闊落,客人有私人空間。1)自選小菜兩人份量$14.8:*老火靚湯:火喉十足,不落味精,湯底入味而鮮甜。*白飯:粒粒分明,有口感。*兩款小菜:霸皇雞及西蘭花炒虾仁。*霸王雞够新鮮先,整得够味,雞肉嫩滑彈牙,肉質鮮嫩滑身,雞胸也不太嚡口,超美味!*西蘭花炒蝦仁:鑊氣十足,蝦仁够大隻,爽口彈牙,鮮味十足;西蘭花翠綠色,很爽口和清甜,配合xo醬去炒,吃起來更惹味。2)鐵板西冷牛扒$98:大大塊非常厚身,我哋叫咗五成熟,牛味濃郁,肉嫩多汁,口感豐富,吃起來有種香軟的感覺。配上黑椒汁,將牛的鮮味更突顯出來!伴碟的薯菜份量也非常多,底部鋪滿薯條,非常飽足。3)奉送飲品:細滑蛋白杏仁茶$28:很滑同埋有香濃嘅杏仁味,加入新鮮得蛋白,口感更滑溜,喝下去一股杏仁嘅味道從口中散發出來,令人難以忘懷。
