今日中午約左同事食晏,諗住試新野,又想豪食個午餐,傾下傾下就決定試下呢間出名食「廚師發板」的日本餐廳啦。就像正宗日本壽司店,店很小,座位加埋應該都不足20個。lunch set 會跟的沙律同茶碗蒸,沙律菜好新鮮茶碗蒸蛋很滑,內裡的材料很豐富!正宗日本人的師傅在製作壽司,每一件都好用心壽做呢個壽司盛餐($220)有8件壽司及一款卷物,壽司分別有馬鮫魚、赤身、吞拿魚、左口魚、依左木、帶子、金目鯛、海膽及三文魚子,卷物就係吞拿魚黃蘿蔔卷,真係每一件都好高水準,好好味同事叫的daily set($120), 當日係生薑豚肉燒,佢都話好入味好好食!最後每人仲有一份綠茶蕨餅為呢餐豐富的日式午餐做總結~
