今次坐係吧枱到,見到員工不多,但個個都好忙,個個都負責燒野,落單,照顧客人,無一個人係無野做,但神奇的地方是,他們都可以照顧到你的需要我點了a5和牛的菲力牛扒,鹽蔥牛舌,霜降松阪豬,松葉蟹腳,台灣冰卷,烤秋葵,鮭魚茶漬飯,雞首肉首先有得食是牛舌和松阪豬,兩樣入口都好鬆軟,已經重要的是,味道好足,基本上唔需要醬汁都好好味再黎,就係菲力牛扒,切到一粒粒,我選擇了奶油味,所以有牛油係到熱溶左先,a5和牛的口感味道,再點下牛油,無得輸,另外,茶漬飯都到,我第一次食茶漬飯,湯汁係超熱,用三文魚刺身,熱到變熟,第一次食,咁新鮮的茶漬飯再來,係雞首肉,第一次食依個部位,細細粒,口感好彈牙,但又唔會韌,食咁多肉,岩岩好就到秋葵中和下,爽脆的秋葵漬料估唔到都幾好食台灣冰卷,其實是新鮮魷魚,當烤完之後,味道好似街邊食的烤魷魚,不唔會干身,口感還是爽軟,仲有一份新鮮魷魚的鮮甜,最後用松葉蟹腳做結尾,烤香左的蟹腳,食落仲有新鮮的海水味,肉汁仍然係到,完美的完結

首先有得食是牛舌和松阪豬,兩樣入口都好鬆軟,已經重要的是,味道好足,基本上唔需要醬汁都好好味
