上個星期有個朋友返黎揾我地, 佢去左德國幾年, 終於返黎揾返我地, 咁耐無見, 所以約左佢去一間比較高檔既中菜食飯聚下舊。間餐廳雖然係食中菜, 但係去到我地發覺店員全部都係外國人, 有啲出乎意料之外既感覺。呢間餐廳叫做「舍」, 英文就係「舍」既普通話拼音 「She」,我發覺近來中環越黎越多類似既餐廳不斷湧現。去呢間餐廳最好問下路, 因為佢位於IFC既連卡佛旁, 唔係太易揾, 但係一去到門口就覺得好high class,我地坐既位背後係一大塊玻璃窗, 從IFC望出去就係醉人的維港景緻, 好令人陶醉!!店員都非當有禮物, 男店員同我地講野既時候, 都係半鞠躬既形式, 超有禮貌! 我地點左一啲點心, 因為個朋友真係好鍾意食點心, 而響德國佢住既地方又唔係有太多正宗既點心食, 難免會有啲 “思鄕”。首先黎左個 “蜜汁黑豚肉叉燒”, 係有個小火爐熱住, 所以都keep住係暖, 雖然我地無一口氣食晒, 但到最後尾啲叉燒其實都無被煮到過熟, 可能個火都只係好細, 所以係剛剛好可以令個叉燒一直保持微熱。叉燒係半肥瘦, 肥既地方唔多, 係兩大塊肉之間有一層薄薄既脂肪, 叉燒食落係非常之tender, 肥

呢一餐, 除左食物好食, 服務勁好之外, 仲有係個維港既景色好靚, 我朋友話下次黎香港都要再食返呢一間, 我話梗係會再帶佢黎啦佢咁滿意!
