今日試左中環一間西餐廳, 食物水準都幾高而且好精緻Blue Mussel, Shrimp, Squid Saffron首先試左西班牙海鮮飯, sauce食得出番茄mix海鮮嘅鮮味, 海鮮配料非常豐富而且份量都幾多, 飯就煮得岩岩好軟硬適中, 有輕微嘅咀嚼感, keep到每粒米都沾滿sauce同油光, 而重點係鍋底個層飯焦, overall好有層次感Homemade Apricot PuréeMain點左慢煮伊比利亞黑毛豬配秘制杏脯醬, 呢個品種嘅黑毛豬都可以話係頂級, 肥膏同肉嘅ratio適中, 肉質濃郁而且鮮嫩, 配埋個homemade sauce完全係畫龍點睛, 杏脯醬甜甜地balance番黑毛豬嘅鹹香好fresh西班牙油條配朱古力醬最後試埋甜品西班牙油條, churros面頭佈滿左classic嘅肉桂粉, 炸到外脆內軟, 而朱古力醬有機會mix左少少黑朱古力因為唔會太甜, 又唔會好油, 超滿足!
