為慶祝友人回港,揀咗喺山林道嘅一間西餐廳食好野~先試咗個前菜沙律,係松業蟹肉沙律。都幾大碟,而且蟹肉份量都算多,肉質都好香好新鮮,配咗麻醬,好fresh.燒牛舌芯串,燒得好香口,擠上檸檬汁超好味,入口軟熟。牛油炒螺片,螺片好爽口彈牙,好新鮮!牛油炒什菌,不過不失,牛油味好香濃!叫咗友人最愛嘅燒日本原隻尤魚,賣相好靚,嚼頭十足,好惹味~五成熟嘅美國安格斯肉眼,肉質好粉嫩,入口牛味最極濃,又大塊,推介!最後食多個松露蟹膏意粉,都幾creamy, 松露同蟹膏同樣濃味,一齊食都好正!
