最近去左尖沙咀嘅圓山台灣料理食晚飯,menu勁多嘢揀,最後我地叫左以下呢幾樣蛤蜊排骨湯-蛤蜊其實即係蜆,蜆煲排骨都係好台灣嘅口味,湯好重肉味,但都帶有蜆嘅甜味,幾好飲酸菜桂花魚-叫左例牌size都好大份,桂花魚片冇骨冇泥片,仲有好多酸菜,正呀,酸菜湯仲可以飲,好好味添蚵仔煎-呢個蛋味香濃,而且唔會好似潮式蠔仔餅嗰d咁熱氣添沙鍋石燒田雞-呢個幾特別,個煲本身有d預熱左嘅石頭,先再倒d田雞落去,味道有d似泡椒嘅味道,仲有窩旬,同辣嘢係絕配呀三杯杏鮑菇-呢個係三杯雞嘅煮法,有九層塔,不過食材就係雞髀菇,雞髀菇切都大大嚿,好彈牙
