我一話好耐冇食過川菜,朋友就推薦咗呢間喺銅鑼灣時代廣場食通天嘅「三希樓」,佢話之前食過都唔錯!一於同佢去試試啦!😛😛晚市嘅茶芥係$26一位,包呢啲小食前菜,花生比較冧嘅,側邊係青椒,都幾開胃!次次食親川菜我都會叫紅油水餃,唔叫抄手嘅原因係覺得水餃多肉啲😂😂😂😂呢到嘅水餃皮都夠滑身,個餡嘅肉嫩而且飽滿,食到啖啖肉!配埋紅油真係好夾!泡椒石鍋田雞,辣度係小辣,麻味比較重!呢到應該三至四隻田雞!田雞肉質真係好細嫩!青色嗰啲並唔係西芹,而係篙筍,口感甘甜又鮮美!吊燒雞喺呢到嘅招牌菜,當然要叫半隻試試!吊燒雞嘅口感比較乾身,層皮真係燒得好脆好香口!最後食咗咁多肉,嚟返個啫啫蝦醬通菜煲先!一上枱已經聞到勁香,好夠鑊氣,蝦醬同通菜果然係絕配!
