疫情下,公司嘅 Annual Dinner 無奈取消!Deposit 擺咗成一年,終於決定食咗佢算啦!$5000 一圍滿是驚喜呢!因為4人限聚,所以菜式都係分開幾份上枱。乳豬配刈包 皮脆肉嫰脆卜卜,配刈包可以減低油膩感。如果可以片皮去骨就完美喇!帶子炒甜豆火候啱啱好,有鑊氣之餘,帶子仲好鮮嫰。酥炸生蠔脆漿好薄超級酥脆,大大隻桶蠔非常Juicy,係高水準嘅佳作上湯燴魚翅高湯濃郁,魚翅分量足,好滿意。美極煎大蝦海蝦炸得香脆,連殼食埋都得,但略嫌over 咗少少,蝦肉太乾身。清蒸東星斑海鮮鮮味,係靚魚一條,蒸得啱啱好,魚肉嫰滑。蠔豉扒豆苗蠔豉平日唔多鍾意食,今次算係豁出去試食,蠔豉味道濃郁,配豆苗都幾夾。炸子雞皮脆入味,肉質鮮美,好快就食晒喇!乾燒伊麵絕對係油+膩嘅組合,伊麵太軟身,加上好多油,食半碗都頂唔順。瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒飯粒粒分明非常乾身,味道偏淡,中和油膩感。雪糕泡芙味道一般,應該係外面啲急凍甜品。蓮子百合紅豆糕結冰嘅紅豆糕上枱時仍然處於冰點,食唔出糕嘅感覺,當紅豆雪條咁食,就發現材料豐富,係正宗嘅蓮子百合紅豆沙。總括嚟講係水準之上,除咗伊麵,甜品外,大部份都好滿意。

高湯濃郁,魚翅分量足,好滿意。

美極煎大蝦
海蝦炸得香脆,連殼食埋都得,但略嫌over 咗少少,蝦肉太乾身。

清蒸東星斑
海鮮鮮味,係靚魚一條,蒸得啱啱好,魚肉嫰滑


蠔豉扒豆苗
蠔豉平日唔多鍾意食,今次算係豁出去試食,蠔豉味道濃郁,配豆苗都幾夾。

炸子雞
皮脆入味,肉質鮮美,好快就食晒喇!

乾燒伊麵
絕對係油+膩嘅組合,伊麵太軟身,加上好多油,食半碗都頂唔順。

炒飯粒粒分明非常乾身,味道偏淡,中和油膩感。

味道一般,應該係外面啲急凍甜品

蓮子百合紅豆糕
結冰嘅紅豆糕上枱時仍然處於冰點,食唔出糕嘅感覺,當紅豆雪條咁食,就發現材料豐富,係正宗嘅蓮子百合紅豆沙。

總括嚟講係水準之上,除咗伊麵,甜品外,大部份都好滿意。
