呢晚同幾位舊同事食飯聚舊👯‍♂️,佢哋都喺中上環一帶返工,所以晚餐地點就揀咗位於上環嘅「井巷子 by 鋒膳」,聚會食中菜就最適合不過。我哋早去到餐廳就未算太多人,但一過咗七點半,客人就陸續嚟到,全場滿座。我哋一行四人獲安排坐喺卡位,私隱度高👍。餐牌選擇非常多🥢,睇到人眼花撩亂。佢無論小食、主菜、湯品、飯麵抑或甜品等都一應俱全,其中更細分各種川辣製法嘅菜式,好講究。藤椒醬香雞($138),佢同手撕雞唔同,因為係切成雞柳條,口感更為滑身。🐓雞種用上新鮮三黃雞,醬汁係精華所在。藤椒著重嘅係麻味,但嗰種麻又唔會太嗆,辣味亦唔強,加上佢綠綠哋色,令人聯想起日式芥末。脆皮燒腩仔($195),🐷燒腩仔選料嚴格,用上指定諾鄧鹽調醃,聽講係來自雲南;而豬隻就採用西班牙向日葵甘栗豚,派頭夠晒勁啊。燒腩仔整齊排列,豬皮燒得非常香脆,而肉嘅部份肥瘦適中,鹹度亦啱啱好。井巷子片皮鴨($350/半隻),片皮鴨由四部份組成,包括有鴨皮鴨肉、配料、薄餅皮同埋自家製海鮮醬。其中放薄餅皮個蒸籠下低有火㷫住,所以令佢哋全程暖笠笠,保持鬆軟🫓。餐廳附上食用教學,好貼心。每塊餅皮先放上鴨皮同鴨肉🍗,其後再添加配菜同醬,摺合後就可

餐廳附上食用教學,好貼心。每塊餅皮先放上鴨皮同鴨肉🍗,其後再添加配菜同醬,摺合後就可食用。鴨皮又脆又多汁,無乜多餘皮下脂肪,唔會過份肥膩。配料款式特別,例如有金奇異果同哈密瓜,甜甜的,以豐富片皮鴨味道,但略嫌份量偏少。不過整體夾埋食係正嘅!

重慶水煮牛肉牛脷($500),重頭戲登場喇✨,呢一大盤火紅色嘅係重慶水煮料理,我哋要咗小辣,🌶辣度遠比想像中易接受,因為原本真係被佢嘅造型嚇親,而且佢集合多種香料所製成,辣得過癮。菜式採用新鮮本地黃牛,牛肉肉味濃郁,牛脷則夠大塊,口感軟嫩🐮。經典水煮菜式不乏索味食材,例如有油麥菜同薯粉等,有埋佢哋先至夠完整嘛!

總括嚟講,呢頓晚餐令人滿意,簡單啲講就係每道菜式都好味道😋,離開餐廳時喺門口見到啲獎狀,先發現佢原來榮獲米芝蓮推介,佢果然不負此美譽。人均消費唔平,不過各方面均值回票價。最後,店員們服務態度亦都優秀。
