呢間上環 Carne's 主打阿根廷菜同牛扒，餐廳細細但感覺幾 cosy~ 我哋試咗幾款特色菜，份量同味道都幾好📍Beef empanada 次次食阿根廷菜都會叫呢隻牛肉餡炸餃子~~佢個牛肉餡有啲洋蔥/芝士等，食落味道香濃香脆📍Morcilla 阿根廷血腸我第一次試，佢個血腸係用豬血加米同洋蔥整成，其實我覺得同中式潤腸差唔多，口感濕潤細滑，未試過既可以試試📍Sirloin 10oz /Fillet 8oz wv chimichurri sauceMain 我地一人一份西冷同牛柳。我地要medium rare熟度，個熟度都掌握得到，外層烤至微焦內裏保持粉紅色同多汁。西冷比較厚實而有筋位，口感爽口而有彈性；牛柳就肉軟嫩無筋，肉味濃郁而香滑。兩款都處理得幾好 食既時候配埋青醬味道清新帶點辣味，可以中和返牛扒嘅油膩感。📍Provenzal fries 薯條炸得好香口，同埋再加埋乾芫荽同大蒜碎，比平時既薯口更有風味~📍Churros with dulce de leche 呢個churros 炸得好乾身，再加埋勁多糖粉，食既時候再點埋焦糖醬料不得了極邪惡📍House Red阿根廷出產嘅 Malb
