To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1. 招牌三色蛋包飯: 咖哩豬肉+忌廉雞肉 $88
咖喱豬肉用左薄肉片，超級索汁入味，但肉片又唔會覺得好老，煮得啱啱好👍🏻👍🏻忌廉雞肉相對較淡口，可以中和咖哩嘅濃味。雞肉都幾大件，肉質鮮嫩，絕對唔嚡口😋仲有西蘭花🥦超適合健康同keep fit人士👍🏻

2. 漢堡扒配醬汁蛋包飯: 咖哩豬肉+和牛漢堡 $102
