To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

高水準的魚腩粥

今晚約7:00pm進店，客人不算多，以中年為主。店地方不大，頂多可坐廿來人。二話不說要了魚腩粥。粥底：綿和厚，有妹記水準，好鮮甜。魚腩：份量多，又肥又滑。店內牆上畫了多幅用魚做主題的漫畫，作者是魚王興，不知是何方高人，但那些魚都生動活潑！此店食品算貴，但我會再來，因不用過海和限時限刻。題外話1:店內貼了"五不準"：1.不準大聲喧嘩2.不準吸煙3.不準長談商務(生意)4.不準帶外來食品5.Sorry!忘記了.>m<！最有趣的是"五不準"上方，貼了鄧小平抽著煙的照片^m^。題外話2:吃完這店的魚腩粥，可算是完成了魚粥之旅–李景的價位太高，過不了自己這關。
