To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾晚同位好友飲完酒見早早地就過黎食個宵夜, 由於都有少少肚餓, 所以一坐底就已經即刻叫野食喇!友人率先叫左個炸醬撈麵, 而師傅我就叫左碗肉丸粥, 之後再加個生魚皮, 食到咁上下佢地話廚房要截單, 於是乎師傅就再叫多個淨雲吞麵!炸醬撈麵師傅冇咩點食, 淨係食左少少炸醬, 覺得炸醬都幾辣但就唔韌唔鞋, 應該真係幾好味架; 肉丸粥粥底真係好綿又冇味精, 肉丸十分爽口, 唔會實的的, 真係好正好好味道; 生魚皮維持一貫高水準, 十分爽口, 加上一d都唔腥, 再點d辣鼓油, 好鬼惹味; 而淨雲吞師傅都唔記得一碗有幾多粒, 而雲吞皮薄餡都叫幾正, 有幾多蝦, 但唔會雪到硬晒, 好爽口, 好好味呀!總括黎講師傅覺得如果識得叫野食, 呢度真係有好多好野食, 而生魚皮真係值得推介, 因為真係好好味, 而且一試難忘; 一面食野一面同友人吹水, 真係不知幾咁開心快活! 其實呢度仲有好多正野食, 下次一定會試其他款式, 坦白講真係諗唔到一個下次唔黎原因!
