To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先來餐湯,皇牌晚餐的松葉蟹肉黑松露野菌忌廉湯。聞到超香黑松露味,松葉蟹肉放在中間,混和忌廉湯非常鮮甜;野菌打碎後在忌廉湯裏吃是超香的,很好味。

忌廉南瓜湯是精選晚餐的 餐湯南瓜用打得粉碎煮菜忌廉湯裏十分又畫又有南瓜香甜味。我比較喜歡松葉蟹肉黑松露野菌忌廉湯,用料豐富而且更鮮甜。

再來皇牌晚餐的頭盤,香煎鵝肝配蘋果蓉。鵝肝份量不少哦,厚切的鵝肝煎完外脆內滑,見到鵝肝裏面的油脂分泌,香氣四溢。放在口裏滑滑的,入口即溶,感覺太美妙了。

精選晚餐金邊粉先上,味道帶酸甜,見到有紅辣椒但其實不辣,反而增添香口感覺,這就是辣椒的作用,食泰式食物,精粹就是有各種香料,加上海虎蝦新鮮大隻又爽口,質素不錯,金邊粉份量多,又炒得夠乾身,有雞蛋炒底,香上加香,吃得很滿足!

皇牌晚餐主菜選了原件花膠拼紐西蘭肉眼扒,花膠和牛扒都大大塊, 花膠炆得又淋又滑,牛扒雖然算不上是厚切,但職員推介的七成熟真的剛好,食落口感有彈性,有肉汁,又不失牛肉味,很香口。兩款肉汁都煮得超好吃的喜歡濃味的可點薯蓉汁,喜歡清新一點的點菠菜茸,兩者我都十分喜歡呢! 配菜還有蘆筍、新薯,新薯是超好吃的,十分香甜又夠粉,十分推介這個主菜。

最後是甜品,朱古力香蕉蛋糕,別小看它小小一件,卻十分夠飽,因為面層朱古力是厚厚的,十分香濃又不會太甜,香蕉蛋糕在下層,質感結實,香蕉味極香,配朱古力一起吃一流!

這頓晚餐吃得十分滿足,無論食物、飲品、甜品都有水準,價錢合理,一定會再來幫襯呢!
