To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大角咀有既米線店都唔少今日去既呢間平時有晚市既時候都要排哂長龍所以都想一試佢既手勢我叫左既係小鍋紅薯豬紅腩肉竹笙價錢來說都唔是十分平$61外賣價湯底濃而不膩，少辣既味道都唔算太辣，飲得出個湯底係有d層次每一啖湯都飲得出店家落足料，用心製作。紅薯粉+辣湯既味道簡直係天作之合。腩肉一般都是階口，但這店家把腩肉肥瘦處理得很嫩滑，肥瘦均勻。竹笙為這碗麵畫龍點睛，令到我品嚐到湯既香辣味道之外，口感十足配上湯底，想不到味道那麼夾。
