一直都好想試下Omakase,但係價錢普遍都比較貴,而且質素都好參差😧。而咁啱近排撞正我生日,我嘅富婆frd就話帶我來試下佢平時食開嘅Omakase嘅餐廳🙈,去嗰陣好似嗰間餐廳嘅sales咁樣係咁讚話好好食🤣正因為如此,我對呢間餐廳嘅期望都頗高🧐今次我哋嗌佐【深海池魚】,表面嗰一小戳係木魚花,銀色部份係油脂位,用炭火輕輕烤過,深海池魚口感軟糯,由於用炭火烤過嘅原因,油脂味好出色,味道都幾鮮甜,木魚花亦都有濃郁嘅木魚味,食落去都幾鹹香。另外叫佐【竹籤魚】,魚嘅表層用炭火烤過,碟頭都有少少薑蓉,可搭配埋魚一齊食,從而淡化魚腥味;而粉紅色嗰舊野個名都幾特別,叫做【平政】,肉質爽口,油脂香就比之前嗰兩款較為淡,另外嗰款白色嘅叫【白蝦】,白蝦肉質鮮甜,口感偏軟糯。
