To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 高油鹽糖之選😎

呢間其實都嚟過好幾次，奈何一直寫唔出食評。今次就一次給佢一個總結啦。作為香港嘅茶餐廳，奶茶絕對係香港嘅signature。。。而佢嘅咖啡、奶茶、鴛鴦，我覺得都絕對合格有餘，水準之上。至於食物質素，曾經食過:#豬扒炒公仔麵: d豬扒乾到紙皮一樣😭#炒貴刁/河粉之類: d油多到嚇死我，食完成個碟底都係油。。。重點係。。。碟野油到我食唔落。。。。😭😭蒸肉餅: 用嘅豬肉太肥，成碟肉餅好鬆散，冇咬口。。。😔今日我決定挑戰嘅係~~~魚香茄子飯:魚香汁夠濃味，夠鹹👌茄子吸夠油，唔會有好硬，太乾身既情況👌飯是藜麥飯，正常飯一碟，不甚特別👌總括來說，此碟魚香茄子飯，我覺得是合格水平(夠高糖、油、鹽份。。。食魚香茄子飯，從來就是需要高油鹽糖，味道夠濃，勉強希望健康之選，根本不應該食此類飯。。。😒)。有時一間店，未必樣樣好食。嘗試從中選擇適合自己的，便已足夠。😌最後，點解我成日幫襯呢? 位於啟德地鐵站出口，一出便會看得見他，亦只得他，這個位置實在太優越la。。。😂😂ps. 其實佢嘅海南雞是好食的😍
