To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

高潮不斷葡國菜P爺搞食飯又出事，唯有我出手補救係網上search best brunch in HK, 就見到Casa Lisboa係被推介之一，係性價比及可隊酒嘅條件合適下，一於book位出發。地點位於老蘭上的雲咸街上樓舖，面積不大，枱間距離較近，服務員全是外籍。原來是西班牙餐相當出名的Ole的姐妹店。可見食品一定有保證我們點了brunch set$388及加180元，sangria, 白酒無限添飲。包前菜6小碟，一個主葉，甜品及餐茶先來香軟餐包配吞拿魚醬或香蒜牛油，味蕾覺醒豆蓉餐湯，暖胃暖身炸薯仔球，外脆內熱蟹肉沙律餅，鮮甜混合蒜煮魷魚，新奇好玩葡式焗牛腩，牛香撲鼻白酒煮大蜆，粒粒鮮甜飽滿再來主菜慢煮豬件及葡國海鮮飯，都是相當出色，由豬牛蟹至薯豆蜆，味蕾同神經都是一次急速的體驗，考驗你膽色，癲返你對食物的印象。還有甜品及餐茶加上服務生添酒有如一級方程式速度，埋單共$1280真是驚喜的體驗
