黄昏的星期六行經九如坊, 寧靜的街道只有廖廖數人, 行得輕鬆自在. 特然眼前一間顏色火炎的食店吸引了我眼睛, 八卦的心態又來了! 緊係上前看看有冇好嘢啦, 反正晚飯時間到了. 原來是天婦羅和刺身專門店. 我這個曰本fans當然不會錯過任何機會啦, 一於入去滿足下我肚皮的欲望.店內環境日式風格, 無論坐位, 餐具, 牆上装飾, 有著日本傳統概念, 一絲不苟. 聽講師傅來頭不少, 是名店出身, 功架應該有保證.午市晚市只有套餐和廚師發辦供應. 午市套餐有($320/ 10道菜)及廚師發辦($610/ 15道菜). 晚市就有兩款套餐($780/ 10道菜、$980/ 15道菜)及一款廚師發辦($1280/ 16道菜).先來個剌身盤熱熱身, 有剝皮魚, 帶子, 螺片和海膽.剝皮魚那晶瑩通透的魚身好美喔! 食落鮮甜爽口, 我喜歡沾少許酸汁再加幾朵紫蘇花同吃, 那花香慢慢浸入魚鮮, 令人陶醉.帶子比一般食的更鮮更甜, 上上之品螺片同樣鮮美, 略帶嚼口海膽那濃郁味道在口腔內久久不散吃過美味刺身後, 店員隨即擺放天婦羅食用的餐具和調味料.用作調味的有蘿蔔茸, 檸檬和鹽, 可配合不同食法和各人喜好.再來
