主食的天婦羅耍出埸了. 聽師傅講解, 炸油用了比一般貴價的紅花油. 180度温度是最適合的. 我本人認為天婦羅最重要一環是粉漿, 炸前師傅才將粉漿調製, 以免擺放過久影響濕度.

今晚的食材有蝦, 沙魚, 蕃薯仔, 白露筍, 舞茸, 粟米, 石頭魚, 春魚, 還有紫蘇葉炸蝦, 炸紫菜海膽和炸紫菜帶子. 大部份食材是來自日本的. 熱烘烘的即炸即食, 粉漿薄如紙張, 入口鬆化, 不油不膩, 可見師傳炸功了得.

抹茶奶凍, 甘苦濃郁的抹茶味, 軟滑的質感, 甜度適中, 滋味無窮. 將整晚劃了一個完美句號!!!
