好耐無出去食晚飯,揀左食中菜,呢間係銅鑼灣區嘅高級中菜廳,食精緻中菜,設計帶點d西式,但價錢又唔算太昂貴,得禮之選。環境入到去燈光同設計都較西式,望到枱面更有紅酒,望真啲舖左枱布,樣貌較西式嘅茶具餐具其實都係中菜之用,設計有心思。餐牌除左傳統中菜款式,當然唔少得一啲crossover菜式,例如有慢煮牛肋排、黑豚肉等等。 鮑汁鳳爪 $88份量好多,鮑汁醃至入味不至過鹹,煮到好焾,唔洗點咬已經骨肉分離,做前菜啱哂。 花膠瑤柱羹 $158/位非常足料,啖啖真材實料,清甜,飲完其實都真係飽左一半。 鳳梨咕嚕肉伴炸雲吞 $198上枱已經聞到酸甜味,估唔到又係大大份!色彩鮮艷光澤,咕嚕肉炸至外層脆香,粉層不厚,肉裡肉質正常,而炸雲吞夠哂大舊!美中不足係酸度較高,少食多滋味,否則喉糖會頂唔順。 羊肚耳珍菌濃湯浸時蔬 $148以雞湯烹調,味道清甜,羊肚耳珍菌十分爽口,又可索湯汁,菠菜翠綠新鮮,安排係咕嚕肉後上可解酸甜之刺激。 顏府酸辣粉 $68每人一碗,酸度足夠,辣度就可更高,食完唔會口渴。總括而言,同朋友/另一半想食中菜但又唔想去傳統酒樓,又想嘆到西餐廳格調,呢到就係好好嘅地方。
