位於中環的中華滙館,是一間高級中菜館時日放假,在中環開展我的吃貨行程,晩上帶同我媽媽去吃中菜。蜂巢鳯尾蝦$80一客兩隻的鳯尾蝦,作為是晩的前菜非常不錯哦。鳯尾蝦炸成蜂巢狀輕盈酥軟,入囗即化。炸物內裡是彈牙鮮蝦和幼滑芋泥,多種囗感,沾上甜酸醬,很美味哦。金湯海皇羹$100海皇羹以南瓜做底,滑溜稠密,湯頭清甜。海皇有大量海鮮粒,粒粒鮮甜爽囗。生薑汁煎軟鴨$220由於不吃水煮魚,服務員哥哥推介吃軟鴨。鴨肉以生薑汁煮成,色澤深啡,色質結實軟腍,但依然保持爽彈質感。金貝雞米粉絲$180最後點選一客炒粉絲,粉絲以雞蛋,雞肉絲,芽菜等簡單配料炒成,香氣引人,炒得乾爽,入囗香而不油,味道不錯。
