舊同事聚舊有人提議到這中環中菜館,星期六晚上不太爆滿,聊天吃飯倒是不錯的地方先來看看菜單,哈哈...果然是高級菜館,鮑參翅肚燕窩菜色比比皆是,不過對我們幾位女士來說不大興趣吧,先來幾碟頭盆吃吃,鹿兒島茶美豚肉叉燒,肉質嫩滑少許脂肪,蜜糖微甜,對我這位叉燒愛好者非常滿意再來是涼拌海蜇頭,爽脆!麻辣口水雞,一點麻都沒有,不太合格!蜂巢鳳尾蝦,炸得鬆化,芋蓉夠粉!然後進入主菜,招牌菜色..話梅豬手,大約5件份量剛好,微酸的話梅香,豬手入味燜得不會過冧,脆皮炸子雞,皮脆!來到飯麵類,蟹肉煎生麵(一人份)兩客,生麵香脆可口,欖菜肉碎炒飯,略嫌油了一點,甜品點了雪山棗薑茶湯圓和迷你合桃酥,整體味道不錯,服務細心,不過以份量來算,價錢略為高了一點,可能是中環地段租金昂貴吧。
