稻埕絕對是銅鑼灣的餐廳的顏值代表,一入來就感受到氛圍好舒服,燈光柔和,餐廳裝修有品味。朋友仔見到尼間餐廳都非常驚喜。前菜點了白滷水九孔鮑魚。一份有四隻,隻隻鮑魚都勁大隻,咬落好厚身,一口最多咬半隻,肉質非常彈牙,鮮甜味好足。餐廳仲好貼心將鮑魚切成兩半,一口半隻正好。鮑魚肉下面是魚豆腐,魚豆腐與鮑魚的味道好合拍,鮮上加鮮。湯類點佐蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯。蛋白泡泡好得意,浮在湯面,白嫩的蛋白與金色的湯底相得益彰。蛋白鮮嫩,湯底是濃郁的蟹肉味。湯的表面撒有脆米與嫩芹菜心,又鮮又脆,創意一流!主菜上了鐵板香煎一口鵝肝牛小排。牛小排同鵝肝煎煮火喉控制得好好,牛小排煎得兩面金黃,咬落肉味濃重,口感軟嫩。再夾起一塊鵝肝,輕輕咬開,先享受的是一份煎香,繼而是鵝肝的柔軟質感,入口溶化,香味濃郁豐碩。飲品點了荔枝醉人、奇幻世界。聽個名就覺得尼兩杯cocktail非常吸引。奇幻世界顏色奇幻,酒杯的鎏金與酒的碧藍相互交織,未飲人先醉。荔枝醉人名符其實,荔枝味濃厚,果香濃郁,甜而不膩,酒味跟荔枝味結合得非常融洽,沁人心脾。
