To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之前試過佢地嘅半自助午餐,所以就同屋企人試下佢晚餐。晚餐就冇午餐嘅半自助餐,而係要散叫。預主菜150-230元左右。當時就叫左煙三文魚pizza, 16oz牛排,豬腳,同白啤酒,另外上甜品火焰雪山。白啤酒要左老板所講for香港人準備嘅細杯500ml裝。不過都非常大杯,飲落細緻淡口偏甜,比較適合冇咁飲得嘅人。pizza需要係薄底,但都可以食到包嘅口感,咬落有柔韌性,外皮脆口,有香香草牛油嘅香味,餡底用番茄汁同忌廉芝士做底,上層放上煙三文魚同火箭草。成個咬落冷熱二從奏上映。呼吸都係三文魚嘅鮮同油脂香草嘅芬芳。五分熟牛排同薯條中,牛排超重牛肉油脂燒過嘅香味,食落口肉質細緻但有韌性。薯條外脆肉軟,仲要有佢獨有嘅澱粉甘香同西式香料嘅味。非常推薦。豬腳外皮燒得脆口,配落表皮下層油脂令佢變得有啲膠同黏口超香骨膠源,不過多食會變得膩味,所以最好配上德國酸菜醒胃,會變得清爽。最後火炎雪山,上菜會淋上白蘭地,所以蛋糕會有超濃郁嘅酒精烈性味,蛋糕唔甜,更加feel到酒烈。不過蛋糕都醋果醬同水果,令到甜品嘅味道同酒味和諧,外配蛋糕係開心果味,俾佢加上脆脆地嘅口感。服務唔錯,環境適合慢慢享受。整體幾好。
