今晚跟團長入元朗食飯,都已經唔喺第一次!不過今次食日本嘢!其實日本嘢喺香港已經唔喺咩特別事,而且深受女仔歡迎,除非食師傅拍板,麻甩就真喺唔太喜好普通日本嘢!不過每次團長都有驚喜!先嚟兩個前菜《柚子蕃茄野菜沙律》同《海葡萄魚生沙律》!《柚子蕃茄野菜沙律》真喺好清新,味道酸酸甜甜,開胃真喺一流,而且食材新鮮有誠意!《海葡萄魚生沙律》先講碟,個設計真喺特別,老闆購貨時真喺有用心!賣相已經吸引,但真喺未食過海葡萄,但味道真喺唔錯,鮮甜,可口彈!聽返啲友講,原來喺一種好貴嘅食材!另外我哋仲叫咗少少酒飲《粉紅梅酒》同《熱清酒》!《粉紅梅酒》得 5% 酒精,味道較甜身,適合女仔飲用!但我都鍾意喺飲清酒,味道香濃,因為已加熱,所以酒精份量唔算好多!但內裏嘅酒香,真喺超好飲!飲過酒後,緊喺要試吓佢地嘅《魚生拼盤》同《生蠔》!原來依個生蠔來自法國,個品種名叫 Gillardeau!唔食過真喺唔識依啲高級嘢!不過《魚生拼盤》就有藍鰭吞拿魚,章紅薄切同甜蝦,真喺超正!一入口已經知道食材新鮮,而且藍鰭吞拿魚味道真喺一流,肉質比較結實,味道較濃!跟住再嚟個《加拿大海膽配三文魚籽》!今次真喺豪食!咁大個佬未試過一晚

其實除咗食物出色之後,負責人親自落場招呼,真喺好有心!而且經常問我哋啱唔啱食,態度非常和藹可親!
高級新鮮食材,一流師傅心思,價錢大眾化!真喺要多多支持!今次每人夾咗 170 蚊左右,喺超級抵食!
