呢間餐廳嘅老闆係日本人,所以食物都係由日本新鮮空運直送,聽落都覺得正。而坐位有分2邊,一邊係普通坐位,另一邊就係bar枱,而我就坐左bar枱嗰邊,可以欣賞到師傅嘅手藝同技術。而我今次覺得值得推介嘅有和牛肉同牛蒡,佢嘅肉質鮮嫩,而且D牛好有牛肉味,好香,加埋特別嘅醬汁,好食到停唔到口。另外,惠比須蠔都好正,佢有得選擇2種食法,生食嘅就食到蠔嘅海水味同啖啖肉,都算係幾大隻,而燒蠔就會有鮮味出左黎,好香,甜甜地咁。
