泰國菜成日食,不過連泰王都食嘅泰國名菜,又點可以唔食呢! 先乾一杯名叫Erawan Thai Premium的cocktail。面頭的葡萄泡沫配上淡淡的香茅味,味道好特別!左邊黃色尼杯係Honey Ryder,係mocktail嚟。香蕉+橙汁+熱情果+蜜糖,尼個配搭感覺上有少少怪怪地,飲落又幾好飲!酸酸甜甜,解膩又醒神。拼盤都幾大份,有蝦餅、魚餅、春卷、雞卷、豬頸肉同雞中翼,仲有三種醬汁比你點添。豬頸肉大大塊,份量幾多吓。粉絲火喉煮得剛好,軟硬度適中,唔會太腍有啲咬口 而且相當乾身入味,一啲都無油膩感!一碟4隻大虎蝦,厚肉彈牙,辣辣地非常惹味香口 記得食蝦要拆埋蝦頭啲膏嚟食呀!巨型膏蟹,剩係個蟹蓋都有7-8吋闊,啲膏多到4個人分每人都有一大舊,超正個蟹鉗大到呢,蟹肉仲好鮮甜,而且個醬汁真係無得輸如果你會叫白飯或油鬆餅,建議用埋個汁嚟撈飯或點鬆餅一齊食吖。最後當然要食甜品啦!椰汁芒果糯米飯同南瓜布丁都好好味
