朋友介紹一間中菜位於英皇駿景酒店的中菜廳駿景軒。環境高雅，餐牌多款特色中菜及傳統菜式選擇。小菜揀選了：瓦罉焗胡椒蝦胡椒香味撲鼻，鮮蝦炸得非常香脆，肉質鮮嫩，惹味小菜。百花炸釀松葉蟹鉗廣東傳統菜，炸得金黃色，餡料豐盛，松葉蟹肉非常多，再沾上醬汁，非常美味。黑松露手撕雞非一般的手撕雞，因為這個是炸子雞做的，在混合黑松露醬汁，吃不停。泡椒蒸魚雲朋友不可以食太辣，服務員說可以小辣，這道菜醬汁非常惹味，微微辣，而且魚雲非常滑，師傅做得非常好，我推介。糖水贈送白果腐竹糖水綿綿的腐竹，甜度剛剛好陳皮紅豆沙滋潤養顏起沙
