而家restaurant week winners’ edition $788/1 5 courses!去到 5/4㗎咋,所以快啲去食啦!

循例一開始都係會有麵包,分別有sourdough同埋法包,跟住就到前菜。

1️⃣Tuna poke🐟
Avocado, shiso, crispy shallot, wasabi emulsion, Nori cracker
先來一道吞拿魚角切🐟配上牛油果同埋wasabi醬,加上香脆可口嘅海苔餅,簡單但味道不俗,而且吞拿魚夠晒新鮮,完全冇平時吞拿魚嗰陣腥味👍🏻。

2️⃣Foie gras spring roll🦢
Duck leg confit, plums, tamarind mandarin, Zhengjiang vinegar fig configure
將鵝肝醬釀入春卷入面,再配上醃制過嘅無花果醬。鵝肝醬味道濃烈,酸甜嘅無花果醬中和左鵝肝醬嘅膩,整體味道平衡得唔錯💕。

3️⃣Linguine, hairy crab roe, uni🍝
Snow pan tips, puffed ginger, Zhengjiang vinegar foam
以為食法國菜唔會飽,點知原來佢有一道意粉😲用上扁闊麵,軟硬度煮得剛好。最驚嘆嘅係竟然有一堆海膽,加埋意粉入面嘅蟹肉,配上鎮江醋整成嘅泡沫,賣相已經夠晒fancy,連味道都非常鮮甜💕。

4️⃣.1️⃣Poached Japanese snapper🐟
Cockles, celtuce, fermented soybean purée, sweet soy
好滑好滑好滑嘅魚,剛剛好熟🥰味道有啲似西京燒,配上蘆筍等增加口感。只係略嫌有少少鹹,同埋味道相對上冇咁特別🤭。

4️⃣.2️⃣Served Australia lamb loin🐑
Broccolini, butternut squash purée, black garlic sauce
絕對係我食過最嫩嘅羊扒,內裏依然粉嫩,而且一啲都唔羶❗️配上黑蒜油同埋南瓜蓉作點綴。(只係我始終覺得食羊係要羶先正,但如果你唔鍾意羶,呢一個就啱晒你)

5️⃣.1️⃣Coffee French toast🥞
With earl grey ice cream and condensed milk
呢個甜品簡直係成晚嘅精華!係我人生中食過最好味嘅French toast,沒有之一🤩🐟🐟雪糕居然係伯爵茶味,已經夠晒罕見,仲要非常之香濃!另外French toast居然可以做到外層脆脆地,內裏浸左咖啡有種慕絲嘅口感😭呢一個甜品絕對係必食,真係好味得好誇張🤤!

5️⃣.2️⃣Pettie four🍰
最後仲有一舊細細粒嘅朱古力榛子蛋糕,即使佢咁細,依然有多重口感。先係朱古力慕絲,然後再配上榛子朱古力脆餅。味道亦夠晒rich🍫。

整體性價比: 3.9/5 (restaurant week)

整體來講,呢一間法國菜嘅口味相對上適合香港人,佢所用嘅材料同埋調味都係較為常見,但當然精美得多🤩而且材料全部都係高質上乘,都算對得住呢一個價。不過成晚令我最驚嘆嘅真係佢嘅甜品🍮(主菜相對上衝擊冇咁大),絕對可以為咗佢嘅甜品再去多次!

環境亦都好法國風情,有一啲好靚嘅花,同埋帶有貴族感覺嘅家具。不過啲侍應就有少少生疏,服務質素一般,而且冇諗過居然可以喺法國餐廳度講廣東話🤣🤣。 如果覺得佢哋晚餐真係太貴,都可以試佢哋嘅lunch set,只係$198就可以品嚐到高級法國菜。
