觀塘工廈美食多,今晚決定在工廈找一間店鋪解決飢餓,看見這間新蒸武門似乎不錯,蒸煮感覺健康,馬上加分,所以一試。店內簡單白色裝潢,枱和椅子都是白色的,燈光明亮,簡潔乾淨。先來一杯紅棗菊花茶,焗數分鐘,菊花味香濃,清熱解毒。椰子雪耳燉雞先來一人一盅椰子雪耳燉雞湯,雪耳稍腍,雞湯清甜。西蘭花炒帶子西蘭花炒帶子送飯一流,西蘭花爽口,帶子彈牙美味,加上三色椒增添色彩。欖菜肉碎炒飯欖菜肉碎炒飯,火候控制剛剛好,炒飯不太濕不太乾,肉碎加上黑松露炒飯,香口美味,爽口的欖菜為炒飯添上色彩和點綴。古法黃酒煮雞今晚的主角莫過於古法黃酒煮雞,一上枱,濃郁的酒味馬上迎面襲來,但其實吃落又不會因太多酒以致很苦,所以適合我這些不懂飲酒的人。雞煲加入木耳,薑片,紅棗等配料,雞件非常鮮嫩,吸盡黃酒湯底,十分美味。新蒸武門的餸菜像是高級版的住家菜,不想煮飯不防一試。menu
