To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看到餐牌上的圖片 ,心想今餐應該是牛肉盛宴!本人便懷著有點少許期待的心情想試一下。但做人真的不能太天真,因為圖片只供參考。叫了一個牛角次男方丼配定穴子食($108),牛肉只有10片以下,不像圖片一樣堆疊得高高的。穴子是沒有醃製過的鰻魚,口感鬆軟但是味道不夠。另外叫了一份石燒美國RSF安格斯和牛定食($158),加了芝士($9),能拉絲但是沒有芝士味,同樣地牛肉缺乏牛味,鐵板更是不熱的,熱力只能燒到牛肉5成熟,其他靠熱蒸汽焗熟。本人問服務員能不能換另外一塊鐵板,她說一定要切開牛肉,等了一會兒,如果不熟才換,服務態度差勁了。整體而言,十分失望 !
