為答謝蕃薯uncle陪伴受傷中嘅媽咪等小肥收工,晚餐就任由佢揀公司附近間高級版稻香「鍾菜館」,張單當然係細佬搞掂啦!升咗呢嘅中餐廳嘅磚頭內牆、鋁頂天花、木樑設計都流露出濃厚嘅中國色彩。右邊走廊有多個魚缸養住不少時價海鮮。不過都唔及關公照住咁有氣勢!用餐大堂比從前更為寬廣舒適,餐桌明顯隔得開咗。蕃薯uncle勁欣賞每枱客都有一部私家茶車同個紫砂茶壺,第一次玩車上嘅電動加水及煲水系統好似小朋友咁興奮,果然童心未泯。四人用餐從兩頁晚市推介餐牌點菜,掃掃二維碼即可電子落單,簡易衛生。涼拌海蜇($68):微辣嘅海蜇冷盤爽脆醒胃。七味脆豆腐($68):金黃橙美嘅豆腐方磚新鮮熱辣辣,層炸皮香脆不油膩,豆腐心幼嫩軟滑,超!晚市組合C($488)之私房菜豬骨大芥菜煲:細佬一向怕骨兼唔鍾意食菜菜,煲品明顯係老人家點選。晚市組合C($488)之半隻脆皮燒鵝皇:燒鵝皮薄且肥膏不多,食落其厚厚嘅肉身香濃鬆潤,肉汁豐沛,四口子都覺得比中環老字號美味得多。上湯米粉($68):餐牌上冇瀨粉所以就叫咗個清清地嘅米粉配濃味嘅燒鵝皇。清湯牛坑腩($268):煲仔上嘅清湯腩熱力十足又夠火候,牛坑腩件厚潤軟腍,一啲都唔嚡,配菜
