To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 桃園制作終於走過了東洋山,在上面也絕對不容易走過,但有女朋友在一起,一齊也變得非常容易。從飛鵝山路沿途走過,先到了彩雲,決定在這裡吃晚飯了。屋村關係,沒太多選擇,最後,經過桃園制作的時候,看見很多人正在排隊,決定在這裡試一試龍與鳳。服務人員不算多,但一般服務還是能夠提供。餐具就差了一點點,有污積,估計是用得太久。由於在等候的時間已經揀好了吃什麼,於是我們一坐下就可以開始點餐了。最後點了1.原汁原味枝竹蘿蔔牛楠煲$792.跟白飯$03.熱奶茶$04.蕃茄濃湯鮮牛肉$465.熱杏仁霜$0合共:$125先來了那個蘿蔔牛楠,份量很多,牛楠十幾舊,而且還要是好味的,牛楠半筋半肉,配合牛楠汁,十分惹味,加了藜麥飯,感覺沒有多大罪惡感。然後我們點了一個常餐,那個蕃茄湯鮮牛肉,我就覺得一般了,吃下去有一點「叔」,我們吃了一半就沒吃下去了。最有驚喜反而是那個熱杏霜,一喝下去就知好野,甜甜地又糊糊地,充滿杏香,喝後仍然縈繞在我心中。餐廳接受多款付款工具,貼近潮流。日期:2021.12.12
