由於有同事生日,食好D,衣間好似係同事朋友的朋友開的餐廳咁...第一次食私房菜,吾係好明私房同餐廳GE分別,價錢都係差吾多.環境係高級GE,有夜景睇下,地方好細,但因為細所以有種的隱GE感覺,甚至可以間一間獨立房出黎,所以有好多名星會食私房.我地15人BOOK左張大枱,另外仲有3~4張2人枱,1張4人.私房地方細,吾BOOK位應該好易摸門釘.D裝潢都幾高雅.仲有真GE蠟燭!!一部扮火爐的LED電視??我地帶左6枝酒去,3紅3白.全英文...文盲點算...除左餐牌上面食物,如果你想食其他,可以同廚房講,有同事想食魚,不過佢地話今日D魚吾新鮮叫我地點牛什麼什麼扒...一係就預先叫佢地入定貨,就保證你當日有得食想食的食材.~面包~等左十幾廿分鐘,終於有D野食出現啦!係麵包,長法包切片,超香~相入面個枝係專用來點麵包的醋同油,油是沒味道但很香的.醋點面包都係第一次,好新奇呀~~不過我覺得就咁搽牛油係最好味.面包係有烤過,條邊脆脆的,就咁食個包都會食到少少甜味.由於太肚餓,所以覺得D包太好味,食下食下又一件...食完面包,又等多廿幾三十分鐘,終於有湯飲!!成桌同事冇人叫沙律,因為佢地推介湯~~白

~面包~
等左十幾廿分鐘,終於有D野食出現啦!
係麵包,長法包切片,超香~
相入面個枝係專用來點麵包的醋同油,油是沒味道但很香的.
醋點面包都係第一次,好新奇呀~~
不過我覺得就咁搽牛油係最好味.
面包係有烤過,條邊脆脆的,就咁食個包都會食到少少甜味.
由於太肚餓,所以覺得D包太好味,食下食下又一件...

食完面包,又等多廿幾三十分鐘,終於有湯飲!!
成桌同事冇人叫沙律,因為佢地推介湯~

熱湯配面包係最好味的~~
一枱人都有好充足的麵包,每人食到兩三塊,

加上吾係個個同事都食包,我差D食包飽...
個湯好香好濃,吾會有罐頭湯GE感覺!
咸度掌握得好,味度吾會好咸,但已經好夠味!!

我最驚餐廳D湯落勁多鹽,飲完湯要飲番一大杯水咁...
發現個湯入面有D餅乾碎,所以口感會覺得意.
加埋面包一齊食,正.
BTW個碟,有需要咁大嗎??

~鵝肝配麵包~
由於鵝肝好細塊,吾會好膩,不過夠技巧的話都切開兩片配兩塊面包.
塊肝吾算好香好香,食落都係有少少苦味,同埋少少烤焦味(特色??
吾會好油,外皮乾乾,不過食落又吾會好乾,口感OK.
不過我就吾太鐘意食肝,太高脂肪了...膽固醇...
食完個口都會有餘香~

等左吾知幾耐GE好耐,終於上主菜..!!!
牛有兩款,豬有一款,
1.)BEEF CHEEK(下圖)
得2位同事叫左衣個,我地分少少黎試,個個都後悔冇叫衣碟...
牛得兩塊面,所以CHEEK肉其實係好特別同好珍貴~~
經理都係咁叫我地試衣個,但因為同事好保守,所以都係叫牛排.
細細一塊牛面肉係好林好林,好似食牛腩咁!燜左好耐ge牛腩mode.
基本上吾係好洗點切,用把叉大力少少已經可以扯開d纖維.
食落去林得黎又好有口感,係需要用牙咬ge林度,吾係散曬咁.
叫左全熟但都吾會有"un"的感覺.

2.)PORK CHOP(下圖)
由於大家都鐘愛牛,好似得我同另一位同事叫豬肉,
我自己就鍾意食豬多D.
舊豬肉個樣好似牛肉咁??好深色.
吾係好留意到個汁,冇咩特別.
全熟豬好厚肉,吾UN,好易切!
咬落都好有口感,有少少肉汁,香口.
由於吾係好大塊,所以吾會好飽肚,有少少吾夠食GE感覺...

3.)牛肉眼排(下圖)
然後其他同事都叫左肉眼排...
我吾知牛吾同位置ge排有咩分別,不過排比我ge感覺吾會有咩驚喜,
不過佢都會係好食ge中高級範圍入面.
只因食牛排的同事都想轉做牛面了,牛面的驚喜感太大了.
肉眼排同事叫半熟,但好似有點太熟,冇血水,但入面有少少紅咁.
有肉汁,幾新鮮,口感都OK,厚肉.

然後終於到左我最期待的甜品時間啦!!
有(黃色個個)雞蛋布丁同(白色個個)牛奶布丁.
兩樣都甜,鐘意食甜就OK,兩款都好香~~
兩個布丁都好滑滑,牛奶布丁比較甜.
白布丁好重奶味,有種入口即溶GE感覺,
黃色個蛋布丁就會有香蛋味,吾太覺有奶味.
比我揀的話///我會食雞蛋布丁,因為冇咁甜

上菜速度係可以同法國餐廳比美,
經理係期間好似都FEEL到我地班人有幾餓,
有SAY SORRY,話等多陣好快上菜,不過我地全程都真係冇催佢.
吾知係咪個晚廚房有D咩阻滯,定不嬲都咁GE速度呢?
上菜慢GE好處係,如果係一大班朋友去食,可以坐好耐好耐,都開心GE.
有好多時間可以係咁影相影相同影相.
