To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生日同屋企人去飲茶，呢間野成日都經過，但係一直都冇入去，因為感覺好貴，不過難得生日一年一次，一次半次就去慶祝吓！飲早茶已經好多人，好彩夠早八點去到啱啱好唔使排隊！之後就見好多人要等飛排隊啦！所以唔想排隊嘅話就要早啲嚟啦！早起的鳥兒有蟲食～啲餐具好靚😻😻叫咗個鳳爪，佢個汁好入味，唔錯！因為有小朋友，所以叫個奶皇包，點知佢一個人已經可以食晒成籠🤣🤣因為實在太好食啦！所以最後又叫多龍！然後就係必叫嘅叉燒腸，佢啲叉燒整得好新鮮👍🏻👍🏻整體來講，出餐嘅速度正常，啲茶濃度剛好，不過滾水因為係用個不鏽鋼嘅壺裝，所以好快就會凍，如果大家想飲滾水嘅話就要搵待應幫手了～酒樓嘅背景音樂係用輕音樂，感覺幾得意，不過一多人嘅話就開始聽唔到音樂🤣🤣整體唔錯👍🏻
