上網呢間餐廳評價非常高, 而且仲有靚海景映入眼廉, 唔試下真係對唔住自己個胃~嗌左個$1,380 set前菜: - 生粟米+蕃茄+螺肉, 第1次食未煮熟既粟米, 但亦都不至於食唔慣, 咬落去都幾甜, 而螺肉食落去辣辣地, 絕對係開囿菜之選!日本生蠔:- 相生蠔, 上面淋上柚子醬+少量三文魚籽, 食落去好creamy好新鮮, 唔會覺得好腥! 平時少食生蠔既我, 食完佢都回味無窮~刺身 (2款):- 吞拿魚+大拖+ BB鱈魚: 食落去入口即化, 完全唔會覺得有魚腥味, 配埋個wasabi一齊食, 零舍開胃! 而BB鱈魚呈半熟狀態, 食落去充滿魚油香味, 完全唔洗蘸任何醬汁都覺得天然好食!燒右口魚邊身金槍魚楠手卷:- 下面係鱈魚脆片+中間個層係右口魚邊+上面係金槍魚楠, 食落去鮮味十足, 成個口腔都充滿魚油既香味! 呢個真係好滿足!沙巴虎蝦:- 爽口彈牙, 食落去好新鮮, 仲有大量蝦膏鮮味, 真心正! 而蝦頭亦都輕輕煎過, 金黃香脆, 師傅既烹調手法絕對無可挑剔~北海道帆立貝:- 帆立貝size超大粒, 呈半熟狀態, 食落去好新鮮好淋~ 煎鵝肝配藍莓醬:- 師傅煎得外脆內軟, 上面淋上少量藍

前菜:
- 生粟米+蕃茄+螺肉, 第1次食未煮熟既粟米, 但亦都不至於食唔慣, 咬落去都幾甜, 而螺肉食落去辣辣地, 絕對係開囿菜之選!

日本生蠔:
- 相生蠔, 上面淋上柚子醬+少量三文魚籽, 食落去好creamy好新鮮, 唔會覺得好腥! 平時少食生蠔既我, 食完佢都回味無窮~

刺身 (2款):
- 吞拿魚+大拖+ BB鱈魚: 食落去入口即化, 完全唔會覺得有魚腥味, 配埋個wasabi一齊食, 零舍開胃! 而BB鱈魚呈半熟狀態, 食落去充滿魚油香味, 完全唔洗蘸任何醬汁都覺得天然好食!

燒右口魚邊身金槍魚楠手卷:
- 下面係鱈魚脆片+中間個層係右口魚邊+上面係金槍魚楠, 食落去鮮味十足, 成個口腔都充滿魚油既香味! 呢個真係好滿足!

沙巴虎蝦:
- 爽口彈牙, 食落去好新鮮, 仲有大量蝦膏鮮味, 真心正! 而蝦頭亦都輕輕煎過, 金黃香脆, 師傅既烹調手法絕對無可挑剔~

北海道帆立貝:
- 帆立貝size超大粒, 呈半熟狀態, 食落去好新鮮好淋~ 

煎鵝肝配藍莓醬:
- 師傅煎得外脆內軟, 上面淋上少量藍莓醬, 側邊有粒吸油脂既食物, 突然唔記得叫咩名, 但真係可以去油脂

美國牛柳 (厚切+薄切):
- 厚切做到五成熟效果, 食落去入口即化, 好嫩~ 
- 薄切牛包住左D蔬菜, 食落去亦都唔會覺得油膩, 做到中和效果

黑松露蟹肉炒飯:
- 米飯粒粒分明, 食落去啖啖既黑松露香慢慢散發住成個口腔~ 而蟹肉亦都食得出係生拆蟹肉, 呢碗炒飯真心好食!

炒雜菜:
- 香口惹味! 可以中和返之前既飽膩感!

甜品 (海鹽雪糕+綠茶布甸):
- 海鹽雪糕鹹鹹地, 幾新奇! 而綠茶布甸亦唔會太甜, 絕對為呢餐飯畫上完美句號!!
