夏日熱辣辣,作為香港人,同朋友仔打邊爐 都係必需嘅呢間餐廳裝修雅緻,每個地方都有懷舊老香港嘅味道到咗餐廳一坐低,店員就已經拎咗醬油碟畀我哋混醬九宮格嘅醬油碟什麼都不缺:有生蒜、炸蒜、辣椒、芫茜、蔥、沙爹醬、麻油等等因為行到熱辣辣,所以即刻叫咗杯嘢飲醒醒神:陳皮話梅梳打,飲落酸酸甜甜好清新,相對上朋友叫嘅酸梅湯就冇咁特別 牛頸脊超靚,雪花好均勻。肥美得嚟厚薄適中,淥2淥就食得,絕對係全場最搶手嘅一碟肉肉切嘅大小剛剛好,味道比起平時食開嘅牛小排,牛肉味更濃 雞湯底除咗清湯之外,基本上係半隻雞斬件上,好足料花雕雞件味道清香,肉質嫩滑,落完之後個湯頭好甜,認真食落仲有淡淡酒香 呢隻菇叫黑松茸菇/鉛筆菇,食落爽口有纖維,而且索湯鴨血都夠嫩滑,咬落嘅每一片都唔會羶 四寶丸有驚喜,白色嘅墨丸中間包咗芝士, 芝心嘅效果熱辣辣流出嚟黑色嘅墨魚丸加咗墨汁,入面仲食得出有啲脆卜卜嘅脆骨豬肉丸包咗啲薑蓉,好彈牙,會爆汁牛肉丸就加咗啲青,好似山竹牛肉會落嘅芫茜 白雪雪包到好似玫瑰花嘅係牛胸油,珍貴程度係每隻牛得一塊食落好彈牙,屬於牛嘅筋膜,唔係脂肪,所以食完都唔怕肥千層枝竹好好食,放入湯裡面,保留到半脆半淋嘅口

封門柳肉質比較結實,肉味濃,亦都係薄薄一片,好好食!唔鐘意太肥太雪花嘅牛肉嘅朋友會鍾意

淮山麵放咗落去雞湯煮,成個麵甜甜地好開胃,而且因為唔係油炸公仔麵,所以食咗都冇罪惡感

每隻餃子入面都有半隻鮑魚仔好足料,仲有雞粒,未食過打邊爐咁特別嘅餃
唔知見到鮑魚係唔係即刻要起身走呢

最後甜品叫咗椰子雪葩,足足有半個椰子咁大,入面有一絲絲嘅椰絲食落好似椰子嘅果肉,超級大滿足嘅一餐火鍋
每人埋單都唔使$3000,係正經嘅火鍋
