被片皮鴨吸引而黎,呢度嘅烤鴨有分唔同部位,唔同位置建議點唔同嘅醬,最特別嘅係鴨皮點爆炸糖,感覺好得意,不過偏油。另外有鴨胸肉點自製芥末醬,味道ok。最鍾意都係用鴨腿肉點返甜醬,再用皮夾青瓜。金沙燒魷魚,入口有啖啖蛋黃香,不過食得多都幾漏。青梅一字骨,酸酸地,份量好多。松露蠔仔煎蛋,賣相雖然普通,但有松露坐鎮都唔會難食得去邊,配搭得相當唔錯。櫻花蝦海皇炒飯,飯粒分明而且乾身,唔錯。老北京炸醬麵,好鍾意呢個,撈入協醋同炸醬好香,麵質似扁烏冬。牛油芝士焗大蝦,芝士味濃!蝦乾冰草,醬汁開胃,食完咁多肉要食返呢個。黃扒魚肚,南瓜底,魚肚好長,真材實料。甜品試左杏仁豆腐,質地好黏,都係鍾意食蛋白杏仁露多啲。
