我本身鍾意食日本料理,所以約埋朋友到尖沙咀上岸料理試試。餐廳位於尖沙咀棉登徑。店內面積不大,大約有二十個坐位,裝修簡單,帶和風味道。餐牌上有好多特別嘅選擇。帆立貝士多啤梨沙律,沙律菜鮮嫩翠綠,士多啤梨同帆立貝配非常之夾。魴鮄魚薄切,肉質有彈性,薄薄一片,沾上酸汁,味道清爽,口感細膩。池魚刺身(原條),入口甘香細膩,魚肉鮮嫩肥美。蔥吞拿魚腩多士,麵包脆,蔥吞拿魚腩厚厚舖滿多士。燒日本雞腎,囗感爽脆。赤雞香味燒,外皮微焦,肉質嫩滑。吉列廣島蠔,皮薄鬆化香口,加上沙律醬增加風味。明太子烏冬,烏冬嫩滑,以明太子添上香氣。
