銅鑼灣廣場二期新開酒樓《香馥樓》,裝潢高尚雅緻,以紫色和白色為主調,杯、碗和碟上嘅圖案精美,有墊椅子坐得好舒服。仲有一個小型舞台和一個巨型 LED Monitor. 呢度每個月都會舉辦音樂會,請歌手嚟唱懷舊金曲。今次我晚餐時段嚟,食左:《青瓜雲耳》$28是一道前菜青瓜新鮮,雲耳爽脆,很醒胃。《紫砂功夫燉湯》$88是餐牌上寫著《香馥樓》十大必食之一。燉湯材料眾多,有嚮螺、姬松茸、龍眼、瘦肉、瑤柱和參等。湯味香濃,吾覺有味精。《沙薑豬手》$88沙薑 乜乜或 乜乜 豬手就食得多,沙薑混豬手一起吃,我都係第一次食。沙薑味重,能蓋過豬手 'So' 和 '腥' 味,呢個配拾都不錯。而豬手大大件、煮到軟腍。
